Waltz – Hommage à Frédéric Chopin is a concert piano miniature that follows the stylistic heritage of Romanticism, paying tribute to the artistic world of Frédéric Chopin. The piece weaves together lyrical melodies, gentle expressiveness, and refined harmonies within the characteristic pulse of the waltz. At the same time, the composer adds his own expressive touch and a contemporary compositional perspective. The work was awarded first prize at the international competition Chopin’s Golden Ring, affirming its artistic reach and inspiring homage to one of the greatest masters of piano literature.
